From what time can I check in?
Check in begins at 2pm, altough it can be done earlier if the rooms are ready.
What is the check out time?
Check out is at 11am. Please ask the reception if you need a late check out.
Is there a luggage storage service?
We are able to store our guests' luggage for the required time.
When is breakfast served?
The Breakfast buffet is open from 7.30 until 10.30am.
When does the Restaurant open?
Our Restaurant "Porto Napoleone" is open from 12.30 to 1.30pm and from 7.30 until 8.30pm.
Is there parking space?
The hotel has a small parking area, however we have an agreement with a private parking nearby.
How is the hotel connected with the train station and the airport?
You can reach the hotel from Santa Margherita train station with a taxi, a bus or on foot, in case you are travelling light.
We can arrange, upon request, a taxi service from Genoa's Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In alternative, there is a shuttle service from the airport that stops at Genoa's train station, from where you can catch a train to Santa Margherita Ligure.
Where is the hotel located?
We are not far from the town center, a few minutes' walk from the sea. We supply bicycles to our guests, in order for them to explore the most fascinating spots of Santa Margherita and Porfofino.
Is there wi-fi or internet access?
The hotel offers free wi-fi to its guests. There is also a PC in the hall for them to use, if needed.

Does the hotel have a wellness area?
The hotel has a fitness area and a free gym. Sauna and Turkish Bath are available upon reservation.
